The Treasure Coast has recently suffered direct hits from 3 separate hurricanes in a 14 Month period. As a result, some Insurance Underwriters have started to require a 4 Point Inspection when issuing or renewing Home Owner's Insurance. The 4 Point Inspection certifies the age, condition and estimated remaining life in the Roof, Plumbing, Electrical and Air Conditioning Systems along with house elevation photographs, Property Appraiser data and an overview of the entire property. Many Underwriters require that the inspection be performed by a State Certified General Contractor.
In most instances, depending on the Home Owners schedule and availability, we are able to complete the inspection within 5 working days and will have the completed report available by Fax, US Mail or Email the next business day.
